Description

• The Delayed Start feature allows you to delay the start of a cycle by 2, 4 or 8 hours. This adds flexibility by aligning ice completion and harvesting with your schedule, with the best results achieved when ice is harvested within the first 0–2 hours of the hold cycle. 

How to Use 

• Rotate the knob until the screen with the desired delayed start time is displayed. To begin, press the button. The screen will then display “Delayed Start” with a countdown timer. Once the timer reaches 0, the freezing process will begin.
