If the lid is difficult to open, DO NOT FORCE IT OPEN!&#xA0;This may mean ice has overgrown the mixer or the temperature sensor mounted in the lid.&#xA0;If the lid is frozen, please follow the steps listed below:&#xA0;<ol><li style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Unplug the machine</li><li style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Allow the machine to thaw until the lid easily opens (this can take anywhere from 2-8 hours)&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;">Remove the silicone tray, completely dry the freeze chamber, and attempt another run</li></ol>If this issue happens multiple times in a row, please contact customer support for more help. &#xA0;
