Progress Bar & Power Button not IlluminatingUpdated 2 months ago

Behavior 

  • After plugging power brick into the wall outlet and the dc power port into the machine, the progress bar and power button do not illuminate white.

Common Causes 

  • Internal reset triggered by electrical noise or power surge.
  • Interrupted/corrupted communication between the driver and control board.
  • Unstable or insufficient power supply.

Things to Try 

  • Power cycle by unplugging the power brick from the wall outlet for a few hours.
  • Change wall outlets or breakers.
  • Use a surge protector.
  • If issues persist, contact support.
