Run a Self TestUpdated a year ago

A user can run a self-test to verify proper machine operation. The test lasts 30 minutes, simulating the freeze and hold cycles. Sensor data is displayed on the screen at the end of the test. To run a self-test, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the tray and inserts from the machine and close the lid.
2. Navigate to the support screen. Hold down the button for ~12 seconds or until the machine beeps.
3. The test will automatically start up and run for 30 minutes. Do not open the lid.
4. At the end of the test, scroll through the various screens to view sensor data.
5. Share the data through video, photo, or text with support.
