Behavior
- At the end of an ice-making cycle, the tops of the cubes may appear slightly slanted or wavy.
Common Causes
- Ice harvest >2 hours into the hold cycle
- Poor/uneven thermal contact between the tray/inserts and freeze chamber
- To hot or humid environment
Things to Try
- For the best results, we recommend retrieving your ice within 1–2 hours after the cycle completes. To better align with your schedule, consider using the delayed start function to time the finish more precisely.
- Ensure tray and insert fully seated, use blunt object to ensure fully seated in bottom of freeze chamber
- Dry the outside of the tray and the inside of the freeze chamber before each use
- Move machine to a cooler environment
